How to celebrate Matariki

When
the night falls It’s time to party. Everyone is
eating,drinking and interacting together.
Everyone is looking out for matariki in the dark
night sky.  

                        There was a whole lot of
dancing around in the big hall.There was kapa
haka and people dressed up in awesome
costumes and different people telling stories
about their  ancestors and Matariki.

               Most of the kids are playing and the
parents are talking. The kids and parents are
cooking all of the meat and the pudding . The
 pudding is served. It is pavlova, fruit, ice
cream and cake.

matariki is a good time to come together with
family and friends.For a good time to hang out
and look at stars.

matariki is a group of stars or known as a sister.
It is a constellation.the best time to look at
matariki is just before dawn.

                                                                      
it was a very clear night and morning for all of
them. It is a very cool party to go to with all of
the food.  all of the family made a huge
breakfast with bacon,eggs,baked beans,toast
and hashbrowns and after they had pancakes
and ice cream.

matariki is maori name  for cluster.The names

nuku and tupu a rangi
